    A flat rate of $5.99 applies for Standard Shipping on orders totaling less than $50.

International

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $12.99 applies to all international orders, regardless of order value.
    (Note: Customs duties and taxes may apply in your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.)

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

United States (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-12 business days after the order has been processed.

International Orders

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Delivery within 7-15 business days after the order has been processed.
    (Note: Delivery times may vary based on the destination country's customs clearance process.)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

  • For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply and are determined by your country's regulations.
  • Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Phoenix Top Notch Tools is not responsible for delays caused by customs or any additional charges incurred.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipping may be unavailable to some regions due to carrier restrictions.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
